Endomondo and Strava Widgets for forum signatures

I fancy the idea of having a cyclinglog type widget in my forum signature, but using data from Endomondo or Strava. I've found these widgets at http://www.endomondo.com/widgets but they're a bit big!

Does anyone know of any alternatives?

You can adjust the iframe size to make it smaller
I used to use the first one on the sidebar of my blog...
