i ate my usual porridge was hydrated and felt good did a ride i did last week in a faster time i managed to ride up a steep section about half way which i walked last week and rode second half faster than normal but felt really tired doing it even got off to check brakes werent sticking any ideas only thing i didnt do was have my 10 jelly babies between 10 and 15 mile point
route was this nothing too taxing except the one steep hill

We all get days like that.
It can be the weather/temp, our general condition. Any number of things.(even sticky brakes^_^) Too much alcohol the night before (or not enough^_^)
I shouldn't worry about a one off ride not being what you expected.
It's when it happens over consecutive rides that you have to start being more concerned.
Just got to remember those jelly babies:whistle:
