Mine are in a time release capsule.

Are yours in a tablet? If not, how do you manage to portion it out?

I have wondered what minimum dose would work for me.

Currently 400mcg.

I'm taking tamsulosin in capsule form. It's simple to open the capsule, remove most of the contents and then pop the top back on.

Just to be clear I'm absolutely not suggesting anyone else should try this.

I have often just wondered at the arbitrary 400/800 no stops inbetween dosing.

Tbh, after 24 hours of 400 I am pretty much ready for my next capsule.
