Is it true that cycling can increase the risk of Prostate problems?
If so is it because of blood being cut off to the area?
Shouldn’t we all get a PCA test just incase?

Women CC members probably don't need to take a PSA test.

What about just swelling it up?

You sound desperate to find an issue with cycling and your prostrate gland.🤔

I had a PSA test yesterday and it's fine. I was warned against cycling/vigorous exercise (and several other things irrelevant to me) in the preceding 48 hours as that can sometimes temporarily raise antigens. No mention in any of the blurb that any activity increases cancer chances.

I'm tested every year because of medication, and I've usually cycled that morning to work ! Hey ho. Been tested since I went on meds in about 2014.

If you are over 50 you can ask for one.

Oh and if unlucky, they may come for you with a rubber glove. Fortunately, mine has only been digitised once, and that was by a Urology Consultant.

The team I see always say 14 days of no cycling or anything strenuous
