If so is it because of blood being cut off to the area?
Shouldn’t we all get a PCA test just incase?

If you are going numb down below; check your bike setup and saddle.
I’m talking in terms of riders with the perfect saddle and bike fit. There must still be an increased risk than non cyclists.
A quick google says cycling may actually reduce the chance of prostate cancer.
What about just swelling it up?
I had a PSA test yesterday and it's fine. I was warned against cycling/vigorous exercise (and several other things irrelevant to me) in the preceding 48 hours as that can sometimes temporarily raise antigens. No mention in any of the blurb that any activity increases cancer chances.
