Epping (High Beech)

Does anyone on this forum go there on cycles ? I do see quite a few/loads infact!!
As i go there quite often but mostly on my motorcycle.
But when it warms up a little more i will surely be cycling there!!

I was there this morning via Hoddesdon and Waltham Abbey. If you go on a motorbike most of the bikers tend to congregate at the lower tea hut nearest the roundabout whilst most cyclists get to the upper tea hut over the road from the King's Oak. I am there a couple of times a week and use either of the huts, but mostly the top one.

Yep ride round it on road bike, and through it on the mtb every weekend. not both at the same time.

I used to go there 25 years ago when I was a member of a Land Rover club. Always seemed odd that a motoring club would meet at a pub!

I went to High Beech this morning in the sunshine. Lots of cyclists.
