Er, urm, Hello

New here, but not to cycling (and not new to some CC members, having "led" the ride from Carlisle to Newcastle last Friday).

North Yorks based, not fast, not particularly slow but hills are giving me some problems this year, probably due to the lack of miles which, in turn, are due to having a car accident at the beginning of the year which begat whiplash and sciatica.
