My MTB has adjusters on the lever, but the CX bike has nothing, and there isn't room for one unfortunately.

My front up-hanger has an integrated one & I squeezed one in of the rear thus (bonus one for FD too!):

the hanger is a bracket on the steerer, just below the stem.

as it was on that Dolan, but I changed it to the uphanger, principally because it was giving off a bit of fork judder under heavy braking and the uphanger solved that.

it also makes slackening the cable off enough to pop the cable out of the "other side" much easier for wheel removal. pre adjusters the tolerances were too tight to get enough slack by squeezing the blocks in to do that.
