There's an overnight Amsterdam-Berlin service just about to launch (the same company will also start an Amsterdam-Barcelona route).

They have launched!

As well as being able to break a bike down (think folder) and bring into the cabin there is also the possibility to book a full bike to travel in a separate carriage for €19.

On our train it is possible to bring one suitcase or rucksack and a small bag as hand luggage. You may also travel with a folding bike or a bike packed in a bag that is no larger than a suitcase, a pair of skis or a snowboard. You must be able to carry and store your luggage yourself in the luggage racks above the seats and couchettes.
In the deluxe sleeping carriages, the space between the floor and the underside of the lower bunk is a maximum of 25 centimetres. In the comfort and budget seating coaches, the space between the floor and the underside of the lower bed/seat is a maximum of 28 centimetres.

We also have space for your bike on our train. You can add tickets for your bike to your travel ticket. The tickets for your bike cost 19 euros each. You will find the number of the bicycle carriage on the ticket and on the outside of the train. The bicycle is therefore safe with us on the train, but we do advise you to lock your bicycle.

These folks also have plans to start a route to Barcelona.
