Anyone else got a cold? That's one of the many downsides of being an office girl. Fresh germs courtesy of the A.C System, being subject to office cliques and always feeling like a caged bird staring out the window wishing I was cycling...

This cold is different. It's kept me up last two nights. Every part of me hurts...even my nose?! I'm giving Frankenstein a run for his money on the neck gland front and I can't taste my lovely dinner....ain't that just a kick in the teeth! (not that I'd feel that either!!)

Thought I'd have a rant...

Try some ice cream!
Eat it when you'd normally be doing very little. Body has to work harder to bring it upto body temperature, also good for a sore throat.

Just do what I do when I'm not riding: plan a ride using Google Maps! I take virtual tours of roads I'd like to ride, using Google Streetview, except that the best ones (unfortunately) are normally not available in Streetview. I guess even the Google van/trike/whatever has trouble getting up some mountain roads .
