Yes and no. I think if you think that I think that the 0.2% increase(or decrease, for that matter) would affect the hinterland you are seriously deluded.
Can you tell me what the currency is in Hinterland? I thought not. Je reste ma valise.

In answer to your question, I'd say it was extremely likely to go either way on one or both or even all possibilities, perhaps simultaneously.
