Clearly the tweakers have been at work and have mismanaged the new style login page. My password is now not recognised and "forgot password?" link does not help.
1. Is anyone else suffering from lockout?
2. How does one communicate with this opaque entity?

The Vuelta is coming and I want to have this problem sorted.

It's an odd one. I had trouble getting in today, passwords not recognised by the browser (Chrome) from the login page. In fact, it wasn't obvious where the password could go. It did eventually recognise me though I can't quite remember how I found my way in. Once in, it was like a completely different service. Though it did stream. Shame I'm not Binckbank bonkers....

I access Eurosport via the Android app on my phone these days. (I watch it on the phone if away from home or cast it to my TV if I am not.) The app is working as usual today without any problems.

Egg on face. I did not notice that the new login procedure assumed an old, and now incorrect, email address.

Not Eurosport, but redesign related - CricInfo launched their new look the day of the final England vs. SA test. Text commentary didn't work, adverts all over the shop, total disaster.

I really wish these things would be thoroughly tested before going live, but they so rarely are in a rush to hit some arbitrary deadline.

And the design is farking awful. That big ad at the top of the page stops the commentary being visible without scrolling down.
