I thought I'd try a British Eurosport subscription for £5 for 1 month so that I could watch the Tour of Poland etc. £5 seemed like a fair price to watch for 1 month. Anyway since switching it off on the first day, it has never worked again. Contact and help from Eurosport seems almost nonexistent! What could be the problem - it worked fine first time?

Eurosport support is notoriously bad!

I couldn't get the ToP to work today either. I will try again later.

They have just updated the web Player to make it look prettier. I'd rather have the ugly old one which at least did work!

The Android Player app worked fantastically well earlier in the year, but then they updated it and it has never been right since. Somebody should have a quiet word with the developers and get them to test their updates properly before inflicting them on the paying public ... :cursing:

Ha - I missed the live cycling plus the repeats and the Player has now started working - typical! I'll have to catch up tomorrow.
I've now managed to get it again through my smart tv - perhaps it wasn't working this afternoon. Still can't get anything on my pc though

working on my pc now too - if it was more reliable it would be good value for money - not sure I'll pay again if it's going to be this unreliable though

The stupid thing is - it used to work really well on my tablet in HD and reliably in lower-def on my laptop. They upped the quality to HD on the web Player and it was very good for the Tour de France, then they 'updated' the software and seemed to break it again!

I have it on a very cheap long-term subscription which only costs me £1.99/mo so I am going to stick with it because I will have to pay the increased prices if I stop and then restart.
