Got one floating about the office. For some reason, I'm the only one who can get it going now. Cord was lost months back.
Daily requests from downstairs to get the 'voosher' going.

A bit of fun in the office at nights, comes out every so often and then forget about it. I did lend it out to one of the girls who had RSI/Carpal tunnel or some other wrist impediment, She found it helped.
I also need the cord to get it going.
I think its under my computer desk, which is where I'm headed now.

In the time between my original post and this one , I've dug it out and spun it up. the dizzy heights of 8375rpm reached and now feeling a slight pull on my outer upper arm - deltoid? and a rub on the inside of my little finger. I just can't get a grip there so does cause a blister if I over do it.
More practising called for.

Mine certainly helped sort out my wrist/hand discomfort, caused by too many hours spent on CAD, making small, accurate mouse movements with the right-hand button held down.

Gave the powerball up, agony.

One of these turned up on my desk after an office move :

I cannot for the life of me move the little finger on it's own, which probably explains why i'm such a bad guitar player.

Got one the other year after using my sisters (rugby playing physio, scary lady). Can't break five figures though! Got one of the finger excercisers as well, helps with te guitar playing, and opening jars, all the girls come to me to open them!
