My ft/mil is usually around 50 for most rides, which are usually skirting into the NE end of the Chilterns

Roughly 550, I've not been up into the rolling Hampshire hills as often as I'd hoped this year.

487 miles per Everest so far this year - that's actually fewer than I anticipated. Currently sitting at 2.995 Everests this year - my next ride should summit the third one.
