yes but on closed roads , so he should be confident of no other traffic other than race traffic .
i couldnt do it on a motorbike , but give me a good car and i could give it a good go abliet slower in places , riding or driving on closed roads is totally different , try it

An amazing piece of riding on an amazing machine. To suggest anyone other than a top level driver could get even remotely close to that sort of lap time in a car is utterly, utterly ridiculous. He is putting in average lap times at speeds you could only expect to post as outright top speeds. Even as an experienced motorcyclist (I rode big Italian and Jap race replicas at silly speeds until I was 35) I recognise that this bloke is on a completely different thinking and reacting plane to 99.9% of the driving/motoring public.
Closed road circuit racing may mean no oncoming traffic, but it still leaves roadside furniture, potholes, white lines, kerb edges, grates, general debris, cluttered sightlines.... need I go on?

I can reach top speed of close to 30mph on a level road for a few seconds and with traffic! Guy Martin is ace though.

TLC, I hate to have to go on about the same issue, but is it possible that you can at least make a small effort to get your brain around the fact that both men and women use this forum, and that most of them prefer it that way? Men are not universally interested in motorbikes, and women are not universally baffled by them. Repeat something similar for every crass prejudice you have about men and women. I enjoyed your video, but find your thread title inanely sexist. Even more inane than sexist, actually, but I'm placing it in the context of your recent oeuvre. If you are suffering from insecurity about your gender identity, I'm sure @User and @martint235 are on hand to offer sartorial advice...
