Topeak tri-bag. Those ones that sit on your top tube. Great for keys, phone etc.

+1 and +several for the buff too.

spd cleats

A contraversial one - My helmet - I did a short asda and back hop without it the other day and was very nervous and much slower; I'm not fast or reckless with it on; but the difference it made to my riding was surprisingly big.

DHB waterproof panniers from Wiggle (similar to Ortliebs, but a bit cheaper :blush: ). Can't find them on the site right now. I bust the clip on one, and it's unusable, but I generally only need one anyway. Totally waterproof, in my experience, have never let me down.
