Excellent Customer Service from Wiggle.

Rode into work Wearing my DHB Aeron shorts I bought from Wiggle back in January (I had a top n socks etc on too) , and on arriving at work noticed a 1cm hole had appeared in the front panel coming from the stitching on the side of the pad.
Could have been very embarrassing, however they did last til I got home.

While at work I fed back via my order on Wiggle and within two hours I had an email apology and a note saying a new pair was being posted out to me and apologising for any inconvenience.

No hassle, argument, request to return the shorts at my own cost etc!

Now THAT is good customer service
