Last night I emailed the Edinburgh Bike Cooperative because my Tricross Sport 09 (56cm), after 12 weeks, use suddenly developed the widely reported front wheel vibration issue.
At 1230 today the someone from the EBC called me advised me that I could either return the bike to them and have mini V brakes fitted or they would send the brakes out by post and cover the cost of fitting by a LBS (subject to a costing submitted in advance).
Yet again excellent service from the EBC in Edinburgh.
