Excursions in Normandy?

I've got 3 days staying about 20km from Dieppe, with my cycle and time on my hands. Any suggestions little tours around the area distance circa 100km would be welcome. Actual routes, or just places or suggested itineraries.

(I'm thinking of cycling to paris one day, 140+km. That would mean a complete London-Paris ride without much stress, then train back towards Dieppe)

Done this route the one time I went to Normandy and it was good.

A trip down the coast to Honfleur would be a nice ride. Stopping at the cliffs at Etretat on the way. Then train back.

Thanks guys. Wresting with google maps and online journey planners. Having real trouble identifying where the stations are. Looks like the nearest station is Auffay, and the nearest interchange station is Rouen, 40km away.

thanks @HLaB that looks nice. Because of where I am starting, I'll probably only do the Western end of it.

@steveindenmark Honfleur looks fantastic, but I'm having trouble routing a train back. Looking at Le Havre and Bréauté-Beuzeville and coming back to Dieppe or Auffay or Rouen, I'm finding either no routes or journeys of nearly 4 hours. Am I missing something, did you have a train line in mind?
