Expensive day today.

Booked our summer holiday this afternoon, Greek island of Kos for two weeks and eight of us going.I checked the website and we can hire bikes there for about 5 euros a day so shall be doing that too to tour the island. It is only 25 kms long apparently. Going self catering this time.

Kos town itself is one of my favourite places. Small island but we hired a scooter and a jeep toured around. If you're near Tingaki, mossie repellent is a must IIRC. Edited to say...reason we hired scooter etc was because it was so blooooomin hot . Hopefully it'll be a bit more sensible for you.
