Exposure Trace/Tracer front and rear lights

Highly doubtful, but has anyone managed to swap out a battery in either of these lights? The battery is held in place by some foam packing and possibly glued. The front lenses screw off, giving access to the battery inside the aluminium body. My guess is it can be done, but want to avoid screwing up the body.
