Ive worked 12 hour shifts for the last 15 years , of which i've commuted the last 7 . Enjoyed going out and about on my midweek days off ,.
From march were going back to 3 shifts 8 hours ,no weekend working . in a way looking forward as my weekly mileage will increase to 90 miles.
Any thoughts on leisure time cycling , increased ride home / to work welcome

As long as I breathe, I attack.
Look for a local club with a sunday ride ?
I have not been out myself lately as family stuff keeps getting in the way at the weekend but i work 2 shift average 9.5 hours a "day" with a 10 mile each way commute and really enjoy a club run on a Sunday .

i do most of my cycling before going to work or early am ie 6am at the weekends

so much easier less traffic to get in the way and worry about
