Got any more car headlamp shroom pics?
think they are in the roof of my parent's home - this laptop went on tour with us, so I don't have my old photos on it... nabbed that photo off the forum I used to post on, but it was the only one done at night-time that I uploaded there and my photo website is landscape pictures only.

There's the excellent Windsor and Eton brewery in Windsor too, well worth a visit. They do a semi decent lager too (if there is such a thing) - you know, for kids.

Ah - I see it now.
If I was doing central London to Windsor commute, Zimmers, I’d just cycle. Only about 20 or 25 miles and more or less straight once you’re out of Chelsealand. Trains’ll be a ‘mare.
I hate cycle commuting, the showers and the fuss about bike storage etc. etc.
Train is super simple, less than half an hour from Paddington, and I always get a seat.
No idea why Zimmers wants to work in Windsor - unless he gets to travel. I suppose it looks pretty. I guess there must be an opening for a dissolute son of the local squire to impregnate the local Tess the Dairy Maid, and to then be murdered by an avenging cuckolded peasant lover, the broken body thrown into a ditch. It's all going to end in blood and tears, I tell you.
I do get to travel, going Chicago next week, I'll be back up to my 100,000 airmiles a year before you know it. And I know Windsor quite well and still have a few mates there for pints after work...

I used to do Stratford to Oxford each day for many years. on a good day that was 5 Hour round trip. On a really bad day it could be 8 hours or more. and there were more bad days than good! M25 I hated but it was quicker than A406 at Bounds Green.

One guy in work used to commute from Spalding to Central London every day, and when I was on the Olympic construction one of the subcontractor managers travelled in from Gloucester every day. Apparently he left at 3am every day drove to Southfields and got first tube. arriving at Olympic park at just past 6am. left site at 15.00 and got home about 19.30 . He had a new company car every 12 months !
