Hello all you biking types
wave.gif
. Spent (or mispent) a good hour or two browsing these forums today, V. enjoyable & didn't get sidetracked once!...recuperating after a decent ride yesterday....Wye dale/Castleton via Penine bridleway/limestone way. (nearly)
I've been spending more time on two wheels over the last two or three years, as to put it bluntly, my legs are knackered from running ! I am at the minute, really enjoying my cycling, commute to work three times a week, 30 mile round trip, and get out most wknds..Peak mainly, mixture of off road/ quiet lanes. not really a roadie, nor an accomplished mtbr either, just do my own thing really, try not to get too hung up on average speed/ heart rate etc,,,had enough of all that from my running days, having said that i dont mind a bit of sweat & hard work.
I am now the proud owner of 3 nice shiney bikes
