Looks pretty cool. Replaceable dropouts are nothing new, but the finish and detail look innovative. I like the split in the rear chain stay which would allow use of a belt drive.

Like the dropouts. As above, nothing new but neat and designed intimate part of the frame, rather than altering an existing frame to suit.
