As they're inciting violence against people and encouraging criminal acts I've flagged it. It doesn't come across as being a "joke" group. Anyone else who is a facebook can also flag it using the little "report group" clicky on the bottom left.

I've just done the very same thing and was about to put up a post here asking others to do likewise... great minds and all that?
