PS - my hair only gets wet when it rains! I do a very good impression of a wet dog, but never a frizzy wet dog! long, lanky, in clumps and very wet....

When you've gone to the trouble of hiring a mini bus and booking the restaurant for 14 people I would be seriously cheesed off. I think they are being very unfair to you and the bus and restaurant.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do think it rather rude to cancel last minute like that unless there is a legitimate reason.

If 11 out of 14 cancelled, I'd be thinking that there's more to it than the rain.
I've had friends like that in the past. And that's where they will remain.
I have no time for such people and take great pleasure in telling them that I no longer wish to associate with them
and my reasons why.
My life is a lot easier without them. Genuine friends wouldn't do such a thing.
