I use to love that when we went to meetings, back when I had a proper jobHave you tried playing lingo bingo?![]()
we used to play that at school with one of our teachers; an American physics teacher. We used to keep a score card of how many times she said "yes", "ok" or "yes ok"... when we finally got caught, it was the turn of the brightest girl in the class to keep the score card (private school) so we got away with it. Instead of a bollocking she actually saw the funny side of it the next lesson... It seemed she had no idea how often she said one of those 3 words/phrases. It was not uncommon for it to be in 3 figures for a double lesson lasting 85 minutes!I use to love that when we went to meetings, back when I had a proper jobWe called it Buzzword Bingo though.
I find making a positive contribution to a meeting helps keep me awake, I understand not all meetings are the same.
That was me! Head nodding and eyes half shut !I work with someone who starts to nod off as soon as the meeting starts can be very funny as his eyes start to go and his head is flopping about.
