Meetings are normally short enough to survive. Courses are far worse, especially the ones were you go from stuffy hotel room to stuffy course room. Courses are hell.
Yeah. I can keep sort of alert for 30 minutes, then the rest of the day is just trying to keep awake. Also for some reason which I don't understand I invariably generate unusual quantities of bottom gas, which I have to keep in. It's agony. It doesn't happen in the office- it's a course thing.
Sometimes, mostimes even, the trainers stick in some role-play. If that happens it takes me three months to recover after.
Hell indeed.
At least I get to enjoy filling in the feedback form after.
