I was up to 4th in CC at one point (now dropped to 6th) and I looked at the three teams above me and realised I wasn't ever going to catch them - all my good riders were ones they all had as well. The only difference was in the low points scorers; mine were very low, theirs were not too bad.

Same for me, except I didn't have as many good riders....

Quite pleased with mine. Onley is shaping up to elevate me to upper mid table.

All but one of the top 10 have / had MVDP in their line up. He would have been in with a shout on the Paris stage for sure.

could open the door for @Milzy's Pog & Vin strategy (or is it keeping 9 riders on the bike to Paris?)

I'm also on a Pog and Vin strategy, and thought I'd made some decent picks on the lower budget around it. Healy good, Storer OK but hasn't landed anything, Merlier disappointing at only 2 pts less than Milan (definitely a false economy). Asgreen nowt and Cort zilch so far. Stupidly thought it was the other Theuns, but he's still better than an ill Cort, and Fred Wright barely exists

Itøs toon late for me to catch up.

Happy with 16th. I see a tumultuous battle with @Cathryn ahead to make top 15.

Disappointed that Barré hasn't really done anything much apart from falling off and skinning his arse. Still I always have to have an Intermarché hopeful, it's the rules (my rules).

Loulou has been OK. Abrahamsen and Onley have exceeded expectations.

My double sprinter ploy of Milan and Bini turned out to be a bit of a flop but not an utter failure.

Losing Ganna on day one was ... sub-optimal.

I've dropped down to 19. Things are dismal in Premier Inn Alpen Rapha.

Have climbed all the way to 16th.

My family league is so bad that I am now leading it, and we have two teams (of 9) in the 29,000s overall.

I seem to be stuck in 30th place in the cyclechat league, after leading on the first day.

Even though the last few days I have individually been higher than that - 12th yesterday.
