Close fight for 12th, 3 of us within a few points of each other. Amazingly I still have all 9 riders in, which is definitely helping. Top10 is maybe in reach.

My 19th place finish is deeply disappointing, especially as it's behind my nemesis @Lanterne Rogue

I had Vingegaard and it wasn't worth it. He earnt lots of points, but having both Vingegaard and Pog meant a lot of economisation elsewhere - possible to get lucky with some good bargain hunting but it put a lot of solid riders out of the picture

Just for info though, Jonas was actually worth more per unit cost than Pog.

Gob-smacked to discover I managed to finish third. Very pleased with a podium spot, although a healthy dose of beginner's luck was surely involved. Congrats to Milzy and norbo on fantastic scores.

on the Pog and Vin vs just Pog teams.....

pulling the best team together is a blend of most point per unit cost and just most points.

so the best Pog only team is

but as there were so many bargains, the best team was a Pog and Vin and a bunch of bargains. interestingly, 6 &8 point bargains, no 4 pointer scored more than Pascal Oinkhorn's 290 pts.

* feel free to correct me if I have got that wrong. Not sure many would have gone Penhoet as their sprinter.
