Farewell Tara

Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has died at 45.

I know she might not have been everybody's cup of tea but I for one will miss her.

Why will you miss her, what did she mean to you?

A real shock. I know she had a brain tumour and went a bit heavy on the coke but was a real character.

One of the idle rich but that didn't make her a happy person.

She was stark raving bonkers and certainly lived life right on the edge for a long time

He obviously consumed and enjoyed media that she contributed to. It's not unreasonable to miss someone under those circumstances.

The news earlier said it was being treated as unexplained.

Much too young, I enjoyed some of the times I saw her on TV.

Just found dead. Didn't know she had a tumor but possibly the cause (without trying to speculate).

My BIL died at the same age but was dead within weeks of them discovering it. Family had to fly out to Hong Kong. He only survived for 4 weeks from first collapse. Fit bloke that played soccer and was a black belt in judo.

Tragic.

Nah, I've just always enjoyed the company of 'High Octane' women and have been lucky enough to have 'known' a couple in my mis-spent youth and Tara was very high octane.
The sad thing is that often women like that are very lonely souls hiding behind outrageous behaviour.

Undoubtedly a bit of a fruitcake but so young to pass away. RIP

I never had any time for her. I've flushed away things that had more use and talent.

That said, she was harmless enough and I don't wish that on her at such a young age. That is a genuine shame.

I heard it on the radio on the way home and I did think 'there goes another young lady with the drugs' until they mentioned the tumour. Sad news.
