Great ride to work, clear roads, clear skies..... downhill and flats most of the way, courteous road users and fellow cycle path users, I felt great, record time for the trip.....
But the fastest I reckon I travelled? When I was in the shower at work, heard someone in the corridor outside and then remembered I hadn't turned the lock on the door across the room.....
If they ever make the 'Naked 5 Yard Dash' an Olympic event, put my name down....
