Exactly what I was thinking. So what now? 3XL is the max from the usual suspects. Where are you thinking of next?
This is one I've used a lot - it's in Europe, but don't let that put you off. They've been excellent in my experience, and cover the import fees so there's no extra to pay. Just as easy as buying from the UK and, last time I had to return something, the returns were free. Look at the Gonso and Löffler gear - I've tried other brands who do larger sizes, but they're nowehere near as large as they claim!

This one is more tricky, as it's in the US, and you may end up with a large bill for import fees. Could be handy if you know someone who travels from there to the UK? Excellent range of kit in large sizes.

Right now, I don't know, but as I'm not in need of any new clothing at the moment it's a problem that I can park until Winter :okay:

FLAB started to rot years back when they unilaterally turned their facebook community from private to public, meaning lots of people who had posted quite personal things about weight, size etc suddenly had their posts discoverable. After that and a lot of the community feel was lost. It became just a straight business, lost a bit of its USP and I suspect without the USP it couldn't compete with all the other re-branders like stolen goat etc.

As someone that never viewed their FB page I can't say that had any effect on my purchasing decisions.

I've never had reason to buy FLAB kit and I'm not sure I've seen people wearing it.......though I know one or two who possibly should. 🤣

I know the brand is loved by many and wish Amy all the best with her new enterprise - too many small companies are being driven to the wall while the majors cut corners wherever possible. I'm interested to see she has promoted pre-ordering. I don't know if it's new or not. I feel this is a very realistic approach. My go to for kit is Lusso who heavily promote pre-orders and their general production runs are quite short. This brings the company real benefits. As a customer I'm prepared to wait for the product I want to come into stock - I don't go elsewhere - and I'm prepared to pay full price to ensure I get the item I want, I only use a sale/discount code if it happens to be available. This level of brand loyalty can only be built through superb quality and customer service. I hope Amy understands this and will make it a key driver in her new business.

Seems like a very limited range and not the same designs as it was, for now. I've subscribed to their newsletter though and fingers crossed it impoves.
