Hi everyone.
Awhile back I bought a Flite Taser Adult Dual Suspension bike from amazon.co.uk. It came with a faulty stem, but I did not bother returning it. How do I go about changing the stem? Should I bring the bike to a repair shop or can I do it myself? See the attached picture.

Thanks in advance.

They are easy enough to change at home given the right tools. Why is it faulty?

If it is faulty buy a replacement, they're quite cheap and doing it yourself is simple. That's if you don't want the hassle of returning it.
You'll need to remove the brake levers and shifters from one end of the bars and slide the new one on. A multi tool with Allen keys on it like this should do.

Nice to see a mention for the 'Flight Taser Adult Dual Suspension bike' though, together with a link to the vendor...
