And as for a track??, as much as I was going to suggest Brian Setzer Orchestra & 'Run Rudolph Run', here's Steve Earle.
Whilst I'm not in any way religious, or a 'festive' person, I do like this track

If you're sophisticated enough to like country you're in luck at Christmas because everyone brings out a Chrissy album.
Dale Watson's is actually very good...



There's a Little Darlin' Christmas CD with 4 Johnny Paycheck Christmas song, from an unreleased Christmas album I guess, any was he does a lovely Jingle Bells with just a hint of menace, can't find it on youtuba though...

I saw Greg Lake perform it live last night and he mangled it up by badly whistling the Prokoviev bit between the verses. It wasn't the best song of the night sadly

The Leicester gig popped up on some the events websites last week and i found the London gig announced on a uk country forum. The London date is at the Ace Club which looks to be well out of the centre of town on the north circular. There's also a date at a country club in Bavaria on 14 Feb! If he's not coming to NL i'll come over to the UK.
