I'll put forward - Lychee Martini.

Equal parts gin and vodka, topped up with Lychee juice (available in cartons in more places than I thought). Very nice with ice but almost just as good from a bidon without.

Any you can recommend?

Mojito;

Made with dark rum, ginger ale, sugar syrup and crushed mint.

They do a great one in Barcelona which I've never managed to get anywhere near when I've tried to make them myself.

A Cosmopolitan (vodka, cranberry juice, Cointreau and lime juice), Margarita (tequila, Cointreau, lime) or an Orgasm (Baileys, Tia Maria, vodka) would top my list.

G&T, with lime. It helps if the Gordon's was bought at the Duty Free, on the way to a sunny place, and your bare feet are enjoying a gentle balmy wind as you sip it.

I don't know how much an ounce is in liquid terms but an elderflower liquer sounds tasty.

I was wondering if G+T counted as a cocktail as it only has two ingredients but forgot about the lime.

Long Island Iced Tea is my favourite, though on holiday in St Lucia last year I got into Mudslides; Baileys, coffee liqueur, vodka, a banana and ice blended as a long drink. Tastes like an alcoholic banoffee smoothie.

Pesnally, I like the banks`s beer coctail.

You take 1 part Banks`s beer, add another part Banks`s beer, add another part Banks`s beer, add another part Banks`s beer, add another part Banks`s beer.

Ok, I just like Banks`s beer!
