The latest crime figures reported in our local village magazine - see attached photo - include a report of 'Fear / Provocation. Disagreement between cyclist and driver of vehicle'.

I have no idea what happened, but I suspect our local bobby may have invented a new offence

More than one horse and about 8000 people! I suspect that the offender/s are known and have been 'spoken to'.
