Didn't realise Andrew was 40 these days (same age as Dan Evans, another former national hill climb champion), ~6W/Kg for ~45mins is nuts for someone that age and pays the bills with a law job.
Fair play for beating Pog, a rarity this year by anyone, more fool Pog for giving someone like Feather a 6min head start and failing to peg it back by ~2mins despite his ~7W/Kg effort!

The frightening thing is that the 'winner' was 3.5 minutes slower than Pog over a very short course.
