Most of the 'good cycle rides' I have been on, have ended up with me feeling wrecked! And, Martin, I have accidentally fallen over - up to three times - on the 'speedy ride for train' to Brighton station - after weariness has taken a grip, following an arduous night on the tubes. And Whitstable. Bognor...yep.... Southend - no.
