If using PC, right-click pic, save to computer (rememer where you put it). Then go to "My account" and look for "edit avatar" on the left. A whole bunch of stock avatars comes up. Scroll to bottom of this and pick "upload avatar form your computer, and browse for Fletch with the hat on. Select it and click 'open'. Bob's your uncle.
If using a Mac, I have no idea, I'm afraid!
