It seems each field trip Friday lately has been getting better and better. The trail networks I've been exploring have been challenging for me at times, but that's what makes it fun. Today was no different and it was such a blast even with the cold start hitting the climbing from the beginning. Then I run into a fun section of mud which was hidden by a nice covering of leaves. Riding the trails blind I'm always a tad cautious, but hey I'm old and use that as my excuse
. I will be sad when my field trip Fridays end in about a month, but look forward to some fun winter trail riding starting up early next year.
