Had a couple of the winter jerseys last year and they are very good value for money IMO.

The shoes do look ok actually, but Mrs Monkey has said NO in no uncertain terms (at least until I flog the Lidl ones, anyway). The jerseys were good last year (if a bit baggy). The bib longs were made for people with short legs and barrel like bodies, so I'll probably save the money and go for dhb again instead.

The gloves are pretty good, although very, very warm.

I was in Aldi once years ago to see what the fuss was all about. Felt as if i was on holiday. never recognised one single brand.

Get the socks, they are great!
I never wear anything else. Or at least I didn't until my manager had a word...

Oh yeah, forgot the socks. I did have one pair last year with two Rs in it, rather than the more usual L and R...

If you buy the overshoes watch out for a poor quality zip, otherwise great item.

I shall be perusing my local Aldi for some waterproof gear, wall mounted rack and chorizo (which I quite fancy with my home grown tomatoes, a bit of cheese and a splash of wine). And all for under £30. Bargain.
