well it`s been just over a year now 
they seem happy with the work that's been done ..got my new glasses with the prism incorporated in the lenses, vision appears almost the same as before 
and have had no double vision probs 
.. the Dr agreed with work ...to a phased return to work 4 hours per day for 1 month
I started wedensday after those first three days I am knackered..
but all looks great
