Not especially more prone. They had some problems with the supplied wheel rim tape (yellow?) being a poor fit some years ago, which caused punctures but otherwise same as any other bike. Just more of a phaff to remove the wheel. Practice ☹️ makes perfect 🙂👍

Are bromptons more prone to punctures that aren't due to foreign objects?
Never had puncture that foreign object wasn't responsible for. Found it bloody hard to find the foreign object on one particular Marathon, that had already had a pretty good innings, so just retired it. But, other than that, I can understand why there isn't a tubeless option, but slightly wish there was. But personally, I don't think I've had any more punctures than any other bike I've ever ridden, BMX included.
