Check your position on the bike, make sure you're not putting to much pressure down through your hands.

Padded gloves may also help :thumbsup:

I get this after a couple of hours riding and it seems to make no difference what mitts or gloves I'm wearing. I do find that simply cycling one-handed with the free hand hanging down for a few seconds at a time brings very quick relief.
