Well sadly I rarely ever hear Church Bells ringing, neither for clocks nor for services, if you do then you’re lucky.

It's a consequence of falling church attendance, especially in the more traditional parts of the church. And if you want to keep bellringing going you first have to keep churchgoing going. For an individual there's only one way to do that...
