Well done!! I had a heart condition called Mahaim Fiber Tachycardia diagnosed 3 yrs ago. My heart would race to 300 beats per minute and yet wouldn't pump blood around the body very efficiently when it happened. I had ablation done and touch wood it hasn't returned and I have cycled over 2500 mile since then and haven't looked back. You will be fine I'm sure

Well done JtB. I had stuff done to my ticker nearly three years ago. I got the green light to get back on the bike two months later. I rushed home and went out on the road again. It was utterly fantastic and so much better than before.

Scary - I know how bad mine felt when it was randomly changing from 'only' (say) 70 bpm to 160 bpm!
