Isn't it amazing how fast you can ride immediately after you've just fallen off? Even while bleeding quite profusely.

Thanks for the concern's, yeah i'm fine apart from my left hand which actually was the only place on my left side that did'nt start bleeding.....bloody sore now tho !
Well i've not long come back from about 30 miles this morning & i'm pleased to report no 'issues' whilst en route ha ha, although i was definitely unclipping in a lot more of a definite movement than previously ...not to mention a lot earlier also !

I toppled off the Brompton when the pedal caught a speed hump, I was going very slowly so it was similar to a clipless.

No serious injury, but what surprised me was the number and size of the bruises which appeared within a few hours.

One was inside my right thigh, which made no sense because that part of my body wouldn't have hit anything.

I went off at a forward angle to the left, so might have caught the handlebars which would have been all over the place at the time.

Had my first moment today, just completely forgot I was clipped in when I stopped and ended up on the pavement. Not sure who found it funnier, the learner driver behind or me, everyone else was trying to pretend they didn't see it while smirking away.

No damage to me or bike and my pride is still intact, just found the whole thing hilarious!
